Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for'
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 3, Tilsen's Lincoln
Park, and Block 1, Murray Lane Addition from East Ave. to Nokomis Ave.; also construct-
ing a sewer in the alley from a point 50.05 ft. east to the east line of Nokomis Ave.
to the existing sewer in Nokomis Ave.
under Preliminary Order 188170 , approved July 1, 1258
Intermediary Order 188695 , approved August 12, 1958

Final Order 189033 , approved September 9; 1958
The assessment of benefits;, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
a_
RESOLVED, That the said' assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 31st
day of Janiiary., 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
