WHEREAS, it appears that there is an error in the
description of the properties condemned in Council File No.
203768, approved September 6, 1961; and
WHEREAS, it.appears that the subject properties were
'.'correctly described in all resolutions and proceedings of the
Council prior to the ratification and confirmation of the awards
of damages and assessments therefor; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Council File No. 203768 is hereby amended to
correct the legal description of the subject properties to read as
follows:
OWNER: Neil F. and Frances E. Marshall
West 30 feet of the north 271 feet of the following:
That part of West 2 of West 2 of East 2 of North-
east , north of Lower Afton Road in Section 11,
Township 28, Range 22.
OWNER: Emma F. Waller
East 30 feet of the north 271 feet of the following:
The Northwest 1 of the Northeast 4 of Section 11,
Township 28 North, Range 22 West, except that part
lying southerly of Afton Road as now located and
except that portion threof included within Burlington
Heights, Division No. 2, and except all that part of
the east 190 feet lying northeasterly of the Lower
Afton Road, except the north 725 feet thereof; and also
except that part described as follows: Commencing on the
east line of said 1 1 section, 725 feet south of the
northeast corner thereof, thence north along the east line
thereof 200 feet, thence west 300 feet, thence south to the
northeasterly line of Lower Afton Road, thence southeasterly
along said line of said road to a point due west of,the point
of commencement, thence east-to the point of commencement; and
also except that part of the west 322 feet of the Northwest 4
of the Northeast T lying northerly of Lower Afton Road, being
a part of Section 11, Township 28, Range 22.
