RESOLVED, That the proposed agreement between
the City of Saint Paul and the American District Telegraph
Company of Minnesota for the maintenance by said company
of a central station watchman's reporting and manual fire
alarm service system, for said City, at the latter's
Municipal Paving Plant at No. 456 Burgess Street, within
said City's corporate limits for the period of five years,
commencing January 1, 1962, and to continue thereafter
subject to cancellation upon thirty days' "Itten,noa ce, in
consideration of the payment by said City to said company
of an annual charge of $420.00, payable annually in advance,
_for the duration of said agreement, hereby is approved and
authorized to be executed by the proper City officers in
behalf of said City, and that said agreement shall be
subject to approval by the_Corporation_Counsel.
