WHEREAS, R and W Realty Co., as succesb6r Wid assign
of J. R. Walker & Sons, Inc. under contract for deed between
the City of Saint Paul and said J. R. Walker & Sons, Inc.,which
contract was dated the 28th day of September, 1960, and under
an amendment to said contract for deed dated the 10th day of
April, 1961, has paid to the City of Saint Paul the full purchase
price as provided by said contract for deed, as amended, and
pursuant to the provisions of said contract for deed, as amended,
is entitled to a conveyance by warranty deed from the City of
Saint Paul of the following described tracts or parcels of land:
Lots eight (8) and,nine (9), Block two (2),
South Battle Creek Heights, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County,
Minnesota;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
warranty deed to R and W Realty Co. to the aforementioned tracts
or parcels of land, subject to the covenants,,provisions and
restrictions set forth in the aforesaid contract for deed dated
September 28, 1960, as amended by the amendment to contract for
deed dated the 10th day of April, 1961.
