PAUL AVENUE from Montreal Avenue to Cleveland Avenue and CLEVELAND AVENUE from St. Paul Avenue to Ford Parkway by widening the existing 2 -27 foot roadbeds on the island side to 2 -32 foot roadbeds; by constructing•a new concrete base in the widened area and constructing an asphaltic concrete surfacing over the full roadbed widths; by reconstructing curb where necessary; by reconstructing storm -water drainage facilities; by constructing gas service connections where necessary; by reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on inter- secting streets where not in conformity with said improvement; and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement; under Preliminary Order CF No. 203759 approved September 5, 1961 and Final Order CF No. 205352 approved January 2, 1962, 1: Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the above named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are hereby approved and be it further resolved, that the purchasing agent be and he is hereby directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
