FIOUNCIL NO. 206078
- RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby concurs in that certain resolution of the Hospital Facility
Building Commission of the City of Saint Paul and County of Ramsey,
numbered 132 adopted February ll+, 1962,a copy whereof is filed
herewith and hereby incorporated herein and made part hereof, by
reference; and that said Council hereby concurs in .and approves.
the action of said Commission evidenced by said resolution
representative of its adoption in conjunction with the contractors
concerned, of a therein specified construction of otherwise doubtful
or ambiguous language of specifications pertaining to the construction
of the foundation for the new ,An.cker Hospital Building of said laity
and County;
RESOLVED FURTHER., that said Council hereby concurs therein
and approves the ,action of said Commission -as evidenced by its
resolution dated February 11+, 1962 and numbered 14, a copy whereof is
filed herewith, said resolution and such action being directed to the
removal of an ambiguity in said specifications pertaining to lineek
feet of Piling, by joint construction of the said specifications on
the part of said Commission and the contractors concerned.

The Hospital Facility Building Commission, at its business
meeting held on February 14, 1962, approved the attached resolution.
This resolution is intended to correct a typographical error found
in Section 5 -10 (a) of the specifications which form a part of the
foundation contract relative to the construction of the new city -
county hospital.
The Commission respectfully requests that the City Council
of the City of Saint Paul, under the provisions of Laws 1957, Chap-
ter 938, approve the above action.
