FICOUNCIL NO.
WHEREAS, the St. Paul City Raztjway Company and The Vain
City Motor Bus Company have filed certain applications under
R. R. C. C. Docket No. 408, with the Railroad and Warehouse
(bmmission of the State of Minnesota for authorization to discon-
tinue certain bus service and to change certain fares; and
Whereas, hearings on said applications have been scheduled
before said Railroad and Warehouse Commission at the State Office
Building on February 21,'23, and 27 in the City,of Saint Paul; now,
therefore,.be it
RESOLVED,that the Council.hereby authorizes and directs the
Corporation Counsel to appear at said.hearings and participate as its
