WHEREAS Additions and Deductions which might prove
to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the NEBRASKA -HOYT
STORM SEWER SYSTEM, Comptroller's Contract L -6230,
Beatson
and Kelly, contractors, have been provided for in
the Speci-
fications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Additions and Deductions, as per the attached sheets of
quantities, explanation items and prices :

NET ADDITIONS TO CONTRACT 1,268.314, and
WHEREAS, the total net Addition id 1,268.3 1, now, therefore
be it
RESOLVED, that the City of 6t. Paul, through it's City Council
approved the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 1,,268.34, said amount to be
added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptroller's Contract L -6230 for the making of the
above ImproverBnt, and which amount is to be charged to the
Local Improvement Fund 31E -1.
The Commissioner of rublic Works has agreed with the
above named contractor that the sum. of $ 11268.34 is the cor-
rest amount to be added to the above Contrac
