the-Improvement described as BATTLE CREEK SEWER SYSTEM - Extensions to
White Bear and Burns Avenues, Comptroller's Contract L- 5957-4, Beatson
and Kelly, Inc., contractors, have been provided for in the Specifications,
and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Deductions

RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through it's City Council approves
'the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with the Specifications in
the sum of $ 3.54,, said amount to be deducted from the lump sum con-
sideration name in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-
5957-4, for the making of the' above Improvement. -
,The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of ".54 is the correct amount to be
deducted .from the above contract.
