The entire site is zoned commercial; the last parcel, Lot 18, having been rezoned on January 13, 1962, C. F. 205251. A-portion of the tract is developed with a parking lot and the balance is vacant. The applicant proposes to enlarge the parking lot from 24 to 34 car fet 1a, ee ..ug .�►a,sQ_imate� 113 , square feet. West and across St.Albans Street is a three -story brick apart- ment building which fronts on Hague Avenue; to the east are single - family residences; south and across Hague Avenue are various type residential uses and a Jehovah Witness church; north and fronting on Selby Avenue is a multi - type residence, also various commercial uses. Field investigation discloses no objection to this enlargement.
