RESOLVED, that participation by the City of Saint Pa ,
in conjunction with the Federal and State Governments, ,as the
exercise of a governmental function by said City, in the procurement
of Fallout Shelter Licenses and Privileges therefor,.and the establishment

and maintenance of Fallout Shelters on private premises within the
said City's corporate limits, as contemplated by the provisions, terms,
and conditions of the accompanying form of Grant therefor, hereby is
deemed in the public interest, approved and authorized; •and that
pursuant hereto, each such Grant shall be accepted, in behalf of
said City, -by the Director of Civil 3Defense, as approved by the
Corporation Counsel

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF FALLOUT SHELTER LICENSE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL
1. Forms may be signed by local official prior.to contacting persons in
control of structures for signature. Local government official's signature
and title may be imprinted by rubber stamp or by using carbon paper, if so
desired. Entries in blanks common to a given locality, such as, name of
State and city and standard location code number, facility number, address
of, building and name of building may be typed, stamped, lettered or in long-

hand prior to contacting person in control of premises.
2. When forms have been executed by owner, retain original, return a
copy to local field office of Army Corps of Engineers or Navy Bureau of
Yards and Docks conducting the survey in your area; present owner with one
copy. The local field offices are: j
