To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Saint Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council, known as Council File No, 205342
approved Dec. 29th.
19 61 relative to reconstructing the side-
walk on both sides of Baker St, from Charlton St, to Orleans St.

and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $0.52 per sq, ft. for mon.o.l cons. walk
4" thick. Extra work(excay. , fill, conc, rem'd, root cutti.ing, drive
crossings, etc.) at extra .cost.
