NOM., IIIJJJ 00 OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK � j \ , COI��ICIL RESOLUTION 7GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONI WHEREAS, the Commissioner rof Public Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an f emergency during the period from February -lst to February 15th 1962 inclusive, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Water Department for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: 1 Repairing equipment, various stations. 2 Working extra shifts, various stations. 3 Repairing water mains. 5) Driving country crew ,,to and from work. 6 Making repairs to Da1e St. reservoir.
