WIMEAS, A local improvement assessment was levied against the
following described property, with the amount of $51.62
being due in the year 1960;
Lot 11, Block 3, Birmingham Paxk Addition, 1742 York Ave.,
AND WHEREAS, Said amount was paid in the office of the Commissioner
of Finance, November 4, 1960, and was also inadvertently
certified into the 1960 real estate taxes for collection,
and was paid, as shown, on receipt number 225095 dated l
June 21, 1961 and receipt number 458037 dated November,30,
1961, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the amount of $51.62, paid in error, to the County
Treasurer, hereby be.refunded.
