of three years commencing April 1, 1962 and containing optional
renewal provisions, hereby is approved and authorized, said
proposed bid bearing date January 24, 1962 and specifying an
initial term and renewal term rate of $1,1'20 per month to
cover use of leased space and subject services to be furnished
by said City.
