WHEREAS, by authority of the Laws of Minnesota for the year
1959., Chapter 330, H.F. 217, and ratified by C.F. 192216,
approved May 2, 19591 the City of St. Paul may pay a portion
of the cost of Sidewalk construction, when such costs exceed
the benefits to the property owners , and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following described
parcels of property within the area of the designated
Contract District, be relieved of the following amounts
for sidewalk construction:
DISTRICT NO. 3; Contract 59 -Bel -188, L -6088:
Lot 11 Block 1, Essex Park
Lot 25, Block 1, Essex Park .
Lot 29, Block 2, Essex Park .
East 80 feet of part of Gov't. Lot 3,
southerly of Stillwater Ave.; westerly of

hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 3001, the portion of the costs of side-
walk construction expended under the 1959 Sidewalk Contract,
