RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for Trucking of Voting_
Machines, Folding Tables and Folding Chairs to and from storage spaces and
voting places for the four regular elections scheduled in the City of Saint
Paul, Minnesota, in the calendar year.1962, to ST: PAUL TERMINAL WAREHOUSE

COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto/attached and
the Formal Bid #8636 of said St..Paul Terminal-Warehouse Company, at a
contract price of $14,594.44, such bid being the lowest and said St. Paul
Terminal Warehouse Company being the•lowest reliable and reasonable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and .hereby is directed to draw up the proper
form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
