The court appointed an adminishator who performed the necessary repairs on this properiy. The administrator ffien invoiced the Ciry for the cost. Advantages If Approveda The Ciry will be able to recover the cost of repairing this condemned properiy and making if safe and habitable. The City also can replenish its funds for future rehabilitation work ttuough the Tenants Remedy Acrion Program.
