WHEREAS, the Port Authority has negotiated with
the Valuations Bureau of the City of Saint Paul for conveyance
of certain real property described as follows:
Lots one (1) through eight (8), Block one (1),
,gecond Addition to Brooklynd St. Paul, Minn.;
which has heretofore been condemned by the City of Saint Paul
in connection with the Flood Control Project; and
WHEREAS, the Port Authority isv4T to negotiate
the purchase of the above described land from the City of
Saint Paul for a consideration of $1,083.00; be it
RESOLVED, That the proper officers of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to convey the
above described property to the Port Authority for the above
mentioned consideration.
