In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
changing the grade of Clarence St. from Arlington Ave. to Nebraska Ave. to conform
to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department,of Public Works; also
grading Clarence St. from Arlington Ave. to Nebraska Ave. to the proposed change
of grade, and Nebraska. Ave. from Etna St. to McAfee St.
under Preliminary Order 186570 ,approved March 14, 1958
Intermediary Order 188435 , approved July 22, 1958
Final Order 188780 approved August 19, 1958
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it i
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 7th
day of March, 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
