RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the proposed Option for Purchase of Real Estate agreement, dated
the 2d day of February, 1962, by and between the City of Saint
Paul, as Grantor, and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the Gity of Saint Paul, Minnesota, as Grantee, providing for the
grant of an option ,according to its terms, unto said Grantee, -for
the purchase from said Grantor of the following described real estate
Situate in the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, to--V-1t:
Lots Three (3) through Ten (10) and the South
Nineteen (19) feet of Lot Eleven (11), Block
Seventy -Six (76), Dayton and Irvine's addition
to Saint Paul;
hereby isapproved� and authorized .and the proper City officers hereby
are authorized and directed-to execute the same for and in behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
