INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the westerly 4 feet of the
Easterly 6 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Leffmann and Haas Addition from Edmund Ave.
to the alley in the rear of said lot. Also condemning and taking a temporary
easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 8 feet in width on the
west side,of the above easement and the East 2 feet of Lot 2 and the West 6
feet of Lot 1 in said Block 2, Leffmann and Haas Addition from Edmund Ave. to
the alley in Block 2, Leffmann and Haas Addition.
under Preliminary Order 207431 Approved May 29, 1962
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: '
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to Lndema and take
an easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on,
under and across the westerly 4 feet of the Easterly 6 feet of Lot 2, Block 2,
Leffmann and Haas Addition from Edmund Ave. to the alley in the rear,of .baid lot.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes on a
strip of land 8 feet in width on the west side of the above easement and the East
2 feet of Lot 2 and the West 6 feet of Lot 1 in said Block 2, Leffmann and Haas
Addition from Edmund Ave. to the alley in Block 2, Leffbann and Haas Addition.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 425.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the hth day of
September, 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of. Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
