Street, in Saint Paul, on Lots 1, 2, 3, l+ and the West 2.of Lot 5,
Block 1, E. M. Ware's Cumberland Addition Plat 1, in accordance with
plans dated July 16, 1962, subject to compliance with the provisions of
-all ordinances governing the operation of parking lots, and to the
condition that the sidewalk abutting said premises be kept clean and
free of ice and snow at all times.

Dear Madam:
This is in the matter of the application of Michael J. McDonough to
install and operate a 119 car private off- street parking lot in con-
junction with six 17 7unit apartment buildings on property located on
the south side of Larpenteur Avenue between Western Avenue and Cumber-
land Street and described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and the west one -half of
Lot 5, Block 1, E. M. Ware's Cumberland Addition. This property was
rezoned from "A" to "C" residence on September 8, 1961.
The property is presently undeveloped and the applicant proposes to
develop it as indicated above. The site has a frontage of approximately
267 feet on Larpenteur Avenue, 408 feet on unimproved Western Avenue
and 528 feet on unimproved Cumberland Street and approximately 134 feet
on West Idaho Avenue resulting in an area of approximately 125,300 square
feet. South and adjoining is a single - family residence which fronts on
unimproved Western Avenue, also south and across_ W. Idaho Avenue ar
