BE IT RESOLVED [ha[ the City of Saint Paul act as [he ]e�al sponsor for [he project contained in Minnesota Session Laws of
2006, Chapter 258, Article 1, Section 21, entitled ORDWAY CENTER.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul has the ]ega] authority to receive financial assistance, and the
instimtional, managerial, and financial capability to ensure adequate project administration.
B� IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul has not violated any Federal, State or locallaws per[aini�g ro fraud,
bribery, �rafr, kickbacks, collusion, conflict of inteiest or other uolawful or cormpt practice.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of its developme�t proposa] by the state, the City of Saint P1ul may enter
into an a�reeme�t with Che State of Mmnesota for the abov�referenced project, and that the City of Saint Paul cer(ifies thaC it
wil] comply with all applicable laws and regulation as stated in all contract agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is 6ereby authorized to execute such agreements as are
