PAUL FIOENCIL NO. clf,.Q5h 0_ :w OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK „ COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY f COMMISSIONER 74 DATE — RESOLVED, that the two - story, five - apartment building on the West 34 feet of Lot 10, Block 11, Bazil and Robert's Addition to West Saint Paul, according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 66 -68 East Fairfield Avenue, in Saint Paul, is, by reason if its structural condi- tion, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property; that said structure-is incapable of reasonable repair, replace- ment or remodeling so as to make the same reasonably safe, and should be wrecked and removed from said land and it is ordered i that said structure be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by and at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in control thereof.
