for work to be done at 1453 West Idaho-Avenue, be refunded by
the proper City officers to said Company, upon the latter's surrender
of said Permit for cancellation, the subject permit having been issued
in error, as the address of work to be done is outside the City limits
of the City of Saint Paul..

Dear Sir: CORPORATION COUNSEL
This office issued a Warm Air Permit No. D 6432 to the
Snelling Company, 1400 St. Anthony Avenue, Saint Paul
for work to be done at 1453 West Idaho.
It has been ascertained that this address is in Falcon
Heights. Therefore, we would appreciate it if a refund
could be arranged for the permit fee of $7.50 to The
Snelling Company, as this permit was issued in error.
