Gentlemen:
I am returning herewith a letter of Paul Romanowski, which
requests permission to erect a picket fence at 969 Univer-
sity Avenue.
Our inspector has conferred with Mr.. Romanowski and was in-
formed that the picket fence would start at the sidewalk on
the east lot line back 58 feet and then run west parallel
with the street 52 feet for a total of 110 feet. The fence
would start with a height of four feet at the sidewalk
line and increase to eight feet at'the back. The fence
would partially enclose used cars for sale and separate the
used car lot from the used car lot to the east.
Our inspector can see no reason why a picket fence should
not be permitted.
Sincerely
Alf H. Schroeder

ATTENTION: Mr. A. H. Schroeder:
This letter is to confirm our conversation at your office
yesterday in regard to a permit for construction of a
common picket fence on property at 969 University Avenue.
I have completed required form and am enclosing herewith.
This property has just been recently purchased by Sodak, Inc.,
which I am one of said owners.
I wish, if at all possible, you issue me permit for construction
so as to improve said lot for sale of used vehicles. Iour
immediate attention, inspection and sanction would be greatly
appreciated.
Yours truly,
jr PAUL OMANO ,
Owner
