RESOLVED, that the three -story apartment building
on the North 75 feet of Lot 8, Davis Addition to St. Paul,
Minnesota, and subject to party wall agreement, and the
South 27.3 feet of North 75 feet of Lot 5 and except North
47.7 feet; Lot 6, Block 12, Winslow's- Addition to St. Paul,
according to-'the plat thereof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described
as No. 232 -240 South Western Avenue, in Saint Paul, is, by
reason of its structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to

life, limb and adjoining property; that said structure is
incapable of reasonable repair, replacement or remodeling so
as to make the same reasonably, safe, and should be wrecked
and removed from said land and it is ordered that said
structure be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by
and at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant,
or other person in control thereof.
