Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
A request has been made by Mr. Ray Kramlinger at 920
W. California Street to construct a 416" high fence
on top of a 216" wall, which is a total height of 7"
from the grade of Mr. Kramlinger's lot. He is also
requesting a fence in the rear of his lot to be set
on a wall, making a total height of 616 ".
It is suggested that Mr. Kramlinger be required to
complete the construction of the masonry walls within
90 days so as to eliminate the eroding of the bank
onto his neighbor's property.
It is the recommendation of this office that permis-
sion be granted under the above conditions.
Sincerely yours,'
