lot at the southeasterly intersection of Ellis Avenue and Territorial
Road, in Saint Paul, more particularly described as Lot 8 except
Easterly 110 feet, Auditors,_ Subdivision No 1i., in accordance with
plans approved July 5, 1962, subject to compliance with the provisions
of all ordinances governing the operation of parking lots, and to the
condition that the sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean
and free of ice and snow at all times.
