Rezoning of certain properties in the
City of Saint Paul, as amended. This is
an emergency ordinance rendered necessary
for the preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to 61+
inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, •as amended, be and the
same hereby is further amended -in the following particulars, to-wit:-
That the sentence contained iv paragraph (a)
of Section 60.02 of Chapter 60 of said Saint
Paul Legislative Code, reading as follows:
"Farming, truck farm, private greenhouse
and nursery" be .and said sentence hereby is '
amended so that the same shall rears as
follows: '
"Farming, cemetery, truck farm, private
greenhouse ,and nursery."
Y ' °Section 2. This" ordinance is i�ereUy declared to be 'an
emergency. ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation° of the '
public peace, health, annd safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, .approval, and publication.
