In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
East and West alley from Griffith St. to the North and South alley and the
North and South alley from Conway St. to the East and West alley; all in
Block 5, Lindley Heights, under Preliminary Order 206183, approved March 1,
1962, and Final Order 207510, approved June 6, 1962,:
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner
of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do'the work at an estimated
cost of $2,456.00 by City forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to
secure the necessary materials,, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above named improvement includ-
ing engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $246.00 or a total of
$2,702.00 be assessed against the benefited property. A,
