RESOLVED, that the proposed Lease No. GS -06B -7332, dated
,4\ June 29, 19629 by and between the City of Saint Paul, by its
Commissioner of Public Utilities, and the United States of America,
and Lease No. GS -06B- 7332 - Agreement No. 1, dated July 19, 19625
by and between the same parties, for the leasing of space and the
supplying'of services by said City to the United States of America,
in said City's Utilities Building at 100 East Tenth Street, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, for the initial term of three years commencing
July 1, 1962, and containing optional renewal provisions, hereby
are approved and authorized, the same specifying an initial term
and renewal term rate of $1,120.00 per month to cover use of leased
space and subject services to be furnished by said City to the
United States of America, thereunder and on such accounttn become
payable to said City by the United States of America, and,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that said Commissioner of Public Utilities,
hereby is expressly authorized and directed to sign said hereinabo_ve
mentioned lease documents, in the name and behalf of said City of
Saint Paul and to deliver the same to the United States of America.
