RESOLVED: That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee

equipment and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to installing
thermal insulation on the inside walls and ceiling of the Utility Building located
behind the Hazel Park Pumping Station, 1585 East Maryland Avenue, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to ARMSTRONG CONTRACTING & SUPPLY CORPORATION in accordance with City
specifications and the
Informal Bid #4111 of said Armstrong Contracting &Supply
Corporation for the contract price of $1,191.00, such bid being the lower and said
Armstrong Contracting &
Supply Corporation being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and'the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul.
