A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is to construct a sanitary sewer in Jessamine Court
from Jessamine Avenue to the south end of Jessamine Court and in Jessamine Avenue f
Kent Street to Mackubin Street. Also construct a sanitary sewer in Mackubin Street
from Maryland Avenue to Jessamine Street. All of which is to be known as the JESSA
COURT SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.
and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 206904
approved April 24th �9 62 relative to Construct a sanitary sewer in
Jessamine Court from Jessamine Ave. to the south end of Jessamine Court and in
Jessamine Ave. from Kent Street to Mackubin Street. Also construct a sanitary sewer
on Mackubin Street from Maryland Ave. to Jessamine Street; all of which is to be
known as the JESSAMINE COURT SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
