Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to NorthuBstern Bell
Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to maintain
underground cable plant with associated laterals.to intersecting streets
and alleys.
In Water Street between Wabasha Street and
Starkey Street. In Starkey Street between
Water Street and Mississippi River Levee.
Cable to be buried approximately 8 feet
north of south property line on Water Street
and 2 feet east of west property line on
Starkey Street.
Work to be done under direction of Commissioner of Public Works. The
Telephone Company is to pay for cost of publication hereto.
