Advantages If Approved: Appropriate compensafion will be assigned to the Fue Chief classification. Disadvantages If Approved: None. Disadvantages If Not Approved: Appropriate compensation will not be assigned to this classification. This may limit the City's abiliTy to �successfiilly recruit, hire, and retain qualified candidates who possess the high-level of k¢owledge and skills required for the leaderslup and administmtive functions required in the Fire Department.
