Normally this would be on the Consent Agenda, but I have asked for it to be For Discussion because two Metropolitan Council Members — Rick Aguilar and Kirstin Sersland Beach — would like to briefly speak to the City Council to acknowledge the productive partnership among the City, the State, and the Metropolitan Council. To give some detail to how productive that partnership has been below is a listing of the almost $50 million in cleanup grants the City and Port have received firom DEED and the Met Council since 1995.
