Honorable Commissioner Rosen:
I have been advised that a formal request must be made of the City
Council in the event the City sidewalks are used in the sale of
merchandise.
On behalf of the Payne Avenue Businessmen, I request that the
Council permit the Payne Avenue Business Association to use the

the Council in previous years, and your favorable consideration will
be sincerely appreciated. The Association is fully insured for this
event through the Engberg - Schaber Insurance Agency on Payne Avenue.
If you desire any further information, kindly advise.
