In the matter of the approval by the City
of Saint Paul of the selection of certain
described real estate known as the Second
Addition to McDonough Homes Site for Low Rent
Housing Project Minn. 1 -8
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of June, 1962, the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota,
did enact its Resolution No. 62- 6/20 -2, a certified copy of which
is hereto attached and made a part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 62- 6/20 -2, did approve the
Second Addition to McDonough Homes Site, as described and identified
in said Resolution, for development as a part of Low Rent Housing
Project Minn. 1 -8; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of'Saint Paul, on its
own behalf and on behalf of said City, has heretofore approved and
affirmed the need of this community for low rent housing, which
need cannot be met adequately by private enterprise within said
community; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint -Paul,
on its own behalf and on behalf of said City does concur with and
approve the Resolution No. 62- 6/20 -2 of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, approving as a site
for development as a part of
