western Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations
for placing buried telephone cable or conduit as required in
the alley between Rice Street and ,Albemarle Street, .from Ivy
Avenue to Larpenteur Avenue.
Worst to be done under the direction of the Com rlissioner of
Public Works. The Telephone Company to pay the cost of
publication incident thereto.
