RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint
Paul, pursuant to the report and recommendation of the
Commissioner_ of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings,
in the premises, that the requirements of`that certain

Public Swimming Pool License Agreement by andAbetween the
City of Saint Paul, as licensor, and Public-,Pools, Inc., 4
as licensee, dated April 26, 1962 and authorized by the
prior resolution of tlas Council, Council File No. 206942,•.
approved April 26, 1962, for the furnishing by said licensee
to said licensor of a surety performance bond in the penal
sum of $10,000.00, hereby are authorized to be amended so
as to reduce the penal sum of such bond to the amount of ,
$5,000.00; and that the proper City officers hereby are
authorized ant directed to execute a rider to said Agree-
ment, effecting such reduction. I
