In the matter of improving WEST SEVENTH STREET FRONTAGE ROAD from
Graham Avenue -West Seventh Street Intersection to the Wheeler Avenue West
Seventh Street intersection. Also improving WHEELER AVENUE from Graham
Avenue to West Seventh Street, and also improving GRAHAM AVENUE from
Wheeler - Avenue to approximately 130 feet west; by grading, paving and
curbing the several roadbeds, by constructing -the required drainage
facilities, sidewalks, and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement, under Preliminary Order
C. F. 206262 approved March 7, 1962.
RESOLVED,
that the plans,and specifications for the above named
improvement, as
submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and
the same are hereby
approved and be it further,
RESOLVED,
that the purchasing agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for
bids on this improvement,
