WHEREAS, in the matter of the group insurance program
now established for Saint Paul City employees group insured
under policies with The Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company,
insurer, policy No. 365379 -G, in effect prior to March 1, 1962,
dividends have accumulated in the amount of $9,493.82 by reason
of favorable mortality experience during the past several years,
and
WHEREAS, the Council, by motion adopted June 14, 1962,
determined that a part of such dividends would be paid to those
persons covered under the employees group who were premium- paying
insured on February 28, 1962 and on March 1, 1962 and who had
been continuously insured for six months prior to March 1, 1962;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, effective March 1, 19629 that 15 per cent
of the annual premium paid by each insured during the policy year
March 1, 1961 through February_ 28, 1962, the total amount of all
such refunds to eligible City employees being in the approximate
amount of $6,847.00, be returned to those employees described
in the preceding--'p'aragraph of this Resolution, such distribution
to be made by The Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company as
soon as conveniently possible; and be it ----.4

hereby directed to prepare
and deliver the same to The
Company without unnecessary

WHEREAS, in the matter of the group insurance program
