RESOLVED, That Charles Suter be paid the sum of

$1575.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury
of December 4, 1961, while in the employ of the Department of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, whereby he suffered
a temporary total disability until April 9, 1962, and 10 per
cent permanent partial disability to his back; that of said '
sum, the amount of $495.00 is now due and payable, and the
remaining $1080 shall be payable at the rate of $45.00 per week,
at intervals of four weeks, from and after June 22, 1962.
