RESOLVED, That the proceedings authorized by Council
File No. 188277, adopted July 9, 1958, are hereby declared
to be void and of no effect, and that the map and affidavit
filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County
in Book 374 of Miscellaneous, Page 333, July 9, 1958, are
hereby determined to be void and of no effect.

to adopt a resolution voiding -aid proceedings which were
