Harmer, 233 -5 North Smith Avenue, 'Saint Paul 2, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two and one half story frame building described as: Partly in Irvine's Enlargement, Southwest 40 feet of Lot 13, Block 65, Dayton & Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul, also known as 233- 5.North Smith Ave- nue, as published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public-Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the structure thereon, and -b do any and all things there- in necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
