the two and one half story brick building thereon, and
to do any and all things therein necessary for the
protection of life., limb and adjoining property.

which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two
and one half story frame building, described as Lot 7, Block
24, Kittson's Addition, also known as 435 -441 East Seventh
Street, St. Paul 1, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re-
move the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property.
