WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by
Council File No. 201539, approved the filing of an application
by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint
Paul for an advance of funds from the United States in an
N amount riot to exceed $21,154.00 for the preparation of a general
neighborhood renewal plan for the urban renewal area described
in the above Council File; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Saint Paul has now passed a resolution approving
the filing of an application for revision of the survey and
planning application and survey and planning budget and re-
vised the same to be $56,798.00, or an increase of $35,644.00
over the amount previously approved pursuant to the above
resolution, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that it hereby approves the application of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority for increase in the budget of $35,644.00
for the preparation of a general neighborhood renewal plan for
Riverview Renewal-Area, Project Minn. R-4 (GN) the said in-
crease to raise the total estimated cost of said plan to
$56t798.00.
