PAUL O NCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FORM PRESENTED BY o�G OUN L ESOLUTION— ENERAL COMMISSIONER- DATE WHEMS, the commissioner of public safety has reported, in accordance with 207 773 Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from June 1st 1962 to June 15th 1962. which rendered nedessary the employment of certain employees in the Department of,Public Safety for more than eight hours per day, or forty hours per week, in doing the following work: Maintenance work in the Bureau of Police IE Fire Alarm, and WERFAS, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: Emergency repairing of Traffic Signals, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the employees who performed such work in accordance with the provisions of the Council t s Salary Ordinance No. 61+1,.6.
